Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.

For our B2C patrons, we offer free economy shipping once a $60 (AUD) spend has been reached. We cannot offer free economy shipping to our B2B patrons at this time.

Please note that the delivery rates for the items we sell are weight and volume based. Our freight and courier partners determine these costs based on their internal calculations, which are then fed into our system and presented to you in real time. As a result, we do not have any control over the delivery times and delivery costs that are presented at the checkout.

Order Dispatch

Collection: An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Once you receive this email, you can collect at any time we are open. Check out our collection times.

Shipping: Orders placed before 3:30pm AWST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:30pm AWST will be dispatched the following day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping on weekends outside of the predicted busier times of the year, therefore, orders placed after 3:30pm (AWST) on a Friday will more often be posted on the following Monday at the earliest.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our deliveries are fulfilled by our courier and freight partners. Unfortunately, we have no control over their delivery schedule and, from time to time, orders may be delayed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the listed delivery times will be reliable and consistent. Our team works incredibly hard to ensure all orders are dispatched on time (every time) by working weekends and nights during the predicted busier times of the year.

Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for losses, damages, delays, theft, or any other eventuality once orders have been entrusted to our courier and freight partners. All liability rests with the respective deliverer.
