Regarding Delivery

How much is your delivery cost?
Our delivery rates are determined by applications that are integrated into our website. These apps calculate the delivery cost based on total weight, volume, and the delivery destination. When you place an order, the delivery cost will be calculated in the checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
You certainly can. When you place your order, you can choose the 'Collection' option and we will send an email to you when your order is ready for collection. You can collect your order at any time we are open. Most orders will be ready for collection on the day you place an order or the following day.
What are your delivery times?
Our courier and freight partners typically deliver within 2-5 working days, although remote areas within Australia may be waiting up to 10 working days.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes! For all orders placed before 3:30pm (AWST) on week days, you will receive an email containing your tracking code on the same day. For all orders placed on the weekend, you will receive your tracking code on Monday at the latest, although we will endeavour to push these out over the weekend where possible. Our staff regularly work overtime to send out your orders swiftly.
Can I change who will deliver my order once my order has been processed?
Unfortunately not. Once you have submitted your payment at the checkout, the delivery options you selected will be locked in. Therefore, your order cannot be changed while it is being picked and packed either. We expressly apologise for this inconvenience.

Regarding Products

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Regular customers can order any amount. However, our B2B account holders must order a minimum of 24 units. To make this less burdensome, B2B account holders are able to order multiple products in any quantity, as long as the total number of units in your order is equal to or greater than 24.
What products do you have?
We freeze dry a range of candy, chocolate, and ice cream products. We have the largest commercial range available anywhere in Australia and it will only grow bigger. Due to Intellectual Property (IP) restrictions, we have created unique names for every product to differentiate our reimagined product from the original. If any IP, Trademarks, or Branding are used, they are used to truthfully and accurately inform the customer about the product they are purchasing.
Do you have gluten-free options?
We do indeed. Our product pages list the allergens in our products so you can confirm if they contain gluten. If you would prefer that we send you a current list of gluten-free products, message us directly and we will send it through.

Absolutely. You can take advantage of all of our resources by following this link here. You'll find social media content, store front resources, and much more, with more being added regularly. Please note that many of the resources are free, but there may be some materials like display stands that will incur a cost.

Is it safe to purchase from this website?
Absolutely! Any transactions made on our website are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. You can view our SSL/TLS Certificate on pages that require it by looking near your web browser's address bar. To ensure our website loads at the fastest possible speed, pages that do not contain, collect or transfer sensitive information will not contain SSL/TLS encryption.
What payment gateways do you support?
We are constantly looking to increase the number of merchants we work with. Currently, we work with Shopify Payments and PayPal. Additionally, we support a wide variety of payment cards.

Regarding Privacy

How safe is my personal data?
Your personal information is stored in our online store, but no payment data is stored in our online store. With current encryption standards and data protection technologies, it would require a superhuman effort to penetrate Shopify's server infrastructure. Furthermore, all of your payment data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our payment gateways.
Do you sell customer data to anyone?
Absolutely not. We do not sell the customer data that we collect. However, your personal data is stored on our servers and is shared with select third parties to improve your experience on our site, to remarket to you on other platforms, and to fulfil requests that are initiated by our customers on the website.
