We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please understand that we cannot offer refunds on consumable products that are not returned unopened and in the same condition that they were received. For our non-consumable items, they must be returned in the same condition that they were received, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging. For all items purchased from our store, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.
You can contact us through the chat widget on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be forfeit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you decide you no longer want a product you purchased, you are still eligible for a return and refund, provided the product meets the criteria set out in this policy. However, the cost of returning the product or products will be at the expense of the customer and will reflect the true cost of the return postage.
Certain types of items may not be able to be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
All exchanges must go through an approval process. Begin the exchange request for your order (or part of your order) by contacting us directly. Your exchange request will then be reviewed before being approved or denied. If the exchange is approved, we will notify you and send you a return shipping label, unless an in-store exchange is possible. Once the order (or part of an order) to be exchanged is received by us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please ensure the exchange is approved by us prior to purchasing a new item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

If the refund is approved, we will notify you and, depending on the state of the product, we may choose to send you a return shipping label, unless an in-store return is possible. If an order (or part of an order) is to be returned, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive the returned items, otherwise you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method upon approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
