Although this product is packaged with the utmost care and with durable packaging materials, we cannot guarantee that delivery will not result in damaged contents. Every consideration has been afforded to ensure this product arrives in the same condition that it left our premises, but due to the inherent fragility of this product and third-parties outside of our control, there is always a possibility that unintended damage may occur. Damaged Goods

Our products are delivered by our freight and courier partners. Although we cannot accept liability, we can assist you with claims regarding products damaged in transit against third parties.

IP Rights & Trademarks

We have made every effort to mitigate and remove any confusion in the mind of the customer between the Nibleez brand and any of the brands that are used in the creation of the Nibleez range. Any IP and branding used in relation to the Nibleez range is used in a factual and truthful manner to accurately inform consumers.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e.: you received an incorrect item in your order, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of passing your package to the nominated delivery service provider, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the delivery service provider (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Items" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that the delivery rates for the items we sell are weight and volume based. Our freight and courier partners determine these costs based on their internal calculations, which are then fed into our system and presented to you in real time. As a result, we do not have any control over the delivery times and delivery costs that are presented at the checkout.
